Ice Pilots Play Home Tuesday and Friday
Team Photo To Every Fan At Friday Night's Game

The Ice Pilots will host the Florida Everblades on Tuesday night and the Gwinnett Gladitors this Friday night at 7:05 p.m. The Pensacola Ice Pilots will continue their five game home stand this Tuesday night as they will host the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. The final game of the home stand is Friday night when the Ice Pilots host the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:05 p.m. Every fan attending the game on Friday night will receive an Ice Pilots team photo.

Last Week Recap: After losing to Florida 4-0 last Wednesday night, the Ice Pilots won 4-1 vs. Charlotte on Friday night. Tyler Scott, Brian Collins, Bryson Busniuk and Nick Lindberg scored the goals for the Ice Pilots. Todd Ford was the winning goalie and Chris Holt took the loss in goal for the Checkers. The Ice Pilots lost 3-0 vs. Charlotte at ! home on Saturday night. The Ice Pilots have a record of 11-15-3 for 25 points.

The Ice Pilots will begin an eight game road trip this Saturday night playing at Florida at 6:30 p.m. central time.

Ice Pilots away game on Tuesday, January 10 at South Carolina changed to a 9:30 a.m. central time face off. The Ice Pilots away game at South Carolina on Tuesday, January 10 has been changed from a 6:05 p.m. central time face off to 9:30 a.m. South Carolina will host a field trip with school kids as part of the promotion for the game and the reason for the game time change.

Ice Pilots are Title Sponsor of Independence for the Blind "Eye Ball" The Pensacola Ice Pilots are proud to be the title sponsor for the Independence of the Blind of West Florida's "Eye Ball" that will take place on Friday, January 20, 2006 at the Hilton Garden Inn on Pensacola Beach.

The Pensacola Community Foundation will donate $7,500 for the title sponsorship plus donate two tic! kets per guest for an Ice Pilots game on January 21 vs. Gwinnett at 7: 05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will also donate an autographed team jersey for a silent auction and announcements will be made at Ice Pilots home games about the "Eye Ball."

The event will be chaired by WEAR TV 3's Sue Straughn and will include fine dining, dancing and live and silent auctions which will benefit Independence for the Blind. Tentative Practice Schedule this week: The Ice Pilots will practice Monday at 10 a.m. at the Civic Center. The Ice Pilots will have a pre skate at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and will host Florida at 7:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will practice at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday at the Civic Center. The Ice Pilots will have a pre skate on Friday at 10 a.m. and will host Gwinnett at 7:05 p.m. The Ice! Pilots will play at Florida on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. central time.

Dodge Player of the Week: Defenseman Corey Neilson has been nominated for the ECHL Player of the Week. Neilson had three assists in the win vs. Charlotte on Friday night. Todd Ford has been nominated for the ECHL Goalie of the Week. Ford had a record of 1-1 last week. Todd Ford has been named the Dodge Player of the Week.

Fans will be able to vote for three forwards, two defenseman, one goalie and one coach who have played and coached for the Ice Pilots since the Ice Pilots inaugural season. The voting will end on February 21, 2006. The New York Nick's/Ice Pilots Ten Year Anniversary Team presented by the Pensacola News Journal will be announced on March 17 when the Ice Pilots play host to the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:05 p.m.

Fans can vote for the Papa John's Pizza top ten moments in Ice Pilots History presented by WEAR TV 3 at www.icepilots.com and also at Ice Pilots home games at the customer service table. The voting ends on February 21, 2006. The Top Ten Moments in Ice Pilots History will be announced on WEAR TV 3 with Sports Director Dan Shugart.

Barnes Ace Hardware and Feed will be sponsoring the Ice Pilots leading scorer award once again this s! eason. During the season, we will be updating you with the Barnes Ace Hardware and Feed Ice Pilots top scorer. At the end of the season, Barnes Ace Hardware and Feed will present a trophy to the Ice Pilots top scorer. Fans will have an update on the Barnes Ace Hardware and Feed top scorer in the weekly release and at www.icepilots.com.

GEICO Three Stars of the Game: GEICO will be sponsoring the Ice Pilots Three Stars of the Game once again on the Ice Pilots Hockey Network this season and at every home game. Three lucky fans at home games will receive a t-shirt from the GEICO Three Stars of the Game this year. Ice Pilots Offer Pay Per View Webcasts with B2 Networks this season. The Ice Pilots home and away games are available for viewing on the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com . The Ice Pilots have partnered with B2 Networks based in Las Vegas, Nevada on the pay per view broadcast.

Fans will be able to click on the "Watch the Game Live" icon at the Ice Pilots website to view and listen to the game. The broadcast is available to fans with high speed DSL or ! Cable modem internet connection and the charge is $6 per game.

Ice Pilots Radio Show at new location this year the Islander Lounge on Pensacola Beach: The Ice Pilots radio show will be broadcast at a new location this year at the Islander Lounge on Pensacola Beach. The show is broadcasted on the Ice Pilots Hockey Network from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. on Monday night's. Fans can hear the radio show on AM 1620 and on the internet at www.icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue. Fans can meet the players, head coach Rick Adduono and members of the Ice Pilots front office staff all season long. Chris Heid and Pete Gardiner will be the player guests tonight.
