The Houston Aeros stand in four place in the West Division and are only two points behind Rockford and Chicago who are tied for second. The Aeros will put on their aprons for the 11th Annual Celebrity Waiter Dinner & Auction this Tuesday. Houston (29-23-1-8) will pick their sticks back up to host Grand Rapids on Thursday and Chicago this Saturday.

Thursday's 7:05 p.m. contest is another Maple Leaf Pub Happy Hour game with packages that include your ticket, $10 in Toyota Center Bucks and a drink coupon for the Maple Leaf Pub start at only $33. Houston's Nolan Schaefer stopped 30-of-31 shots but lost 1-0 in the first meeting with the Griffins on November 11. The Aeros are 5-9-0-2 in games against the North Division this season and have two remaining, including Thursday night.

Chicago will visit Toyota Center for a 7:35 p.m. contest on Saturday, the sixth and final meeting this season. The Aeros are 4-1-0-0 this season against the Wolves whose only win came in Chicago. Houston's Jesse Schultz has tallied four goals against the club and Corey Locke earned two game-winners through the first five games of the season series.

The Houston Aeros took a 1-1 tie into the third period but allowed the Rockford IceHogs to tally five unanswered goals for a 6-1 loss at Toyota Center Friday night. The loss snapped Houston's season-high six-game win streak and, combined with a Chicago win, dropped the Aeros to fourth place in the West Division.

Marco Rosa scored two power play goals and added a shootout marker in the Houston Aeros 4-3 victory over the Quad City Flames Saturday night at i wireless Center. Houston (29-22-1-8) battled back from a 2-0 deficit to beat the Flames (23-24-6-6) for the first time in five games. The Aeros moved into a tie for third place in the West Division with the Chicago Wolves with 67 points.

The Houston Aeros jumped out to a 2-0 first period lead but allowed three unanswered goals for a 3-2 loss to the Milwaukee Admirals Sunday night. Houston goaltender Anton Khudobin made his season debut stopping a career-high 35 shots in the loss. A Milwaukee power-play goal in the third snapped Houston's penalty kill streak at 25 over a span of 329:13 covering six games.

Rosa netted a pair of power-play goals Saturday night to help Houston come from behind to force overtime. The game was decided in a shootout where Rosa netted the Aeros first attempt of the shootout which the Aeros won 4-3. Rosa followed up with an assist on Sunday's opening goal as part of Houston's 3-2 loss at division-leading Milwaukee.
