On his AHL debut
Obviously not the game we were looking for. I was excited to finally get in. I've been working really hard down in the ECHL over the past year and a half so it was exciting to finally get in and get a period under my belt.
On entering the game
I was pretty nervous. They told me at the end of the second period I was going in so I had the whole intermission to think about it. I was hoping for a nice, easy floater, but I was fortunate to get a glove on (the first shot). Once I made that save I felt like I settled in nicely.
On his nerves
I was stretching a little bit, trying to get loose. I'm glad to finally get in there and feel like I settled in, got a few saves in so I felt comfortable.
