Grizzlies Make Several Roster Moves

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies announced today that defenseman Trevor Daley has been re-called by their National Hockey League affiliate, the Dallas Stars, for the third time this season.

Daley, 20, has three assists for Utah in 11 games including his first professional multiple point game (2A) on Sunday in Utah's 6-3 loss to San Antonio. Daley has played three games with Dallas this season recording two penalty minutes. His last game with Dallas was on November 8 in the Star's 4-1 loss to Boston.

The Toronto native was originally a second round selection (43rd overall) of the Stars in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

The Grizzlies also announced that forward David Gove has been signed to a contract for the remainder of the season. The 25-year old has played in 13 games for the Grizzlies scoring a pair of goals and adding a pair of assists.

Additionally, the Grizzlies released both left wing Eric Schneider and right wing Tim Verbeek from their Professional Tryouts (PTO).

Utah hosts Manitoba on Wednesday night at the 'E' Center. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
