Dayton Bombers News Release
The Dayton Bombers have announced that they will be having another "Kids' Silly Sunday" at the Ervin J. Nutter Center this Sunday, November 16 (4:00 p.m.) when the team takes on their divisional rivals, the Peoria Rivermen, for an ECHL- America's Premier AA Hockey League game.
Last season, the Bombers' "Kids' Silly Sunday" on March 23, 2003 versus Cincinnati was a big hit. This coming Sunday, the Bombers will revisit the "Kids' Silly Sunday" theme once again. The event will feature balloon animals, the Magic of Robert Edwards, and face painting, as well as other fun-filled festivities for kids. In addition, 4,000 Bomber Banger Sticks will be given away. Value City Furniture, Advance Auto Parts, Pontiac, and WTUE-FM will be presenting the Bomber Banger Sticks promotion.
Another "Bucky's Flight Crew" Sunday (presented by Office Depot), the day's festivities will conclude with a post-game "Skate with the Team" Session. Fans are encouraged to bring their skates to this team function. The all-new Office Depot "Bucky's Flight Crew" Kids' Club, which has increased its membership by 212% since the end of last season, is a great holiday gift item for kids. For only ten dollars, kids can receive a Crew Pass (with a lanyard), a Prize Pack (button, pencil, & pennant), a T-Shirt, discounts, exclusive newsletters, tickets to all remaining home Sunday games, a free ticket to one Sunday game for a friend, an invite to "Bucky's Birthday Bash", in addition to other great benefits. Kids can register for membership to this new program on the Nutter Center Concourse Flight Deck at Sunday's game.
