Player Card Strip #4: The first 1,000 kids will receive a Griffins player card strip, which features Darren Haydar, Landon Wilson, Jamie Tardif, Jimmy Howard and Aaron Downey.
Locks of Love: The Griffins and Douglas J Aveda Institute are looking for volunteers to donate their "Locks of Love" in an on-ice haircut during the second intermission. All donors will receive a complimentary hair makeover, courtesy of Douglas J. NYE Jersey Auction: After the game, the Griffins will auction off the following autographed, game-worn (exclusion: Darren McCarty) black New Year's Eve jerseys: Darren McCarty, Cory Emmerton, Evan McGrath, Ville Leino, Jan Mursak, Darren Helm, Garrett Stafford and Jason Jozsa.
Dollar Beers, Dollar Dogs: The ever-popular promotion runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $1 domestic drafts while supplies last.
College Night: Presented by McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon, college students can visit the arena box office on the night of the game or The Zone anytime during the store's regular business hours to purchase a lower bowl ticket for just $10 with a valid student ID. While at the game, show your ID at the McFadden's concourse table to pick up a free pass to the post-game party, which is good for no cover charge and drink specials.
Library Night: Fans who present a public library card from the Grand Rapids Public Library or Kent District Library at the arena box office on the night of the game or at The Zone anytime during the store's regular business hours can purchase a lower bowl ticket for just $10 (limit four per card).
Throw for Dough: Fans can purchase Throw-for-Dough pucks for $1 or $3 for a chance to win $5,000, a $25 Visa gift card from Lake Michigan Credit Union, or a Griffins souvenir. Proceeds will benefit Grand Valley Soccer Club.

Meet Jack Morris: Presented by Lake Michigan Credit Union, legendary Detroit Tigers pitcher Jack Morris will meet fans and sign autographs prior to the game, from 6-7 p.m. Fans can enter to win the chance to meet Morris during a private reception and receive an autographed photo of the former Tiger by clicking here. Five winners will be chosen and all entries must be submitted by Feb. 19.

$1 Concession Specials: Fans can purchase either a 12-oz. Pepsi product or a pair of Cole's Bread Sticks (one Pizzastick, one Cheesestick) for just $1 at designated concession stands from 3-5 p.m., while supplies last.
Jersey Card Giveaway: The first 1,500 fans will receive a Derek Meech jersey card, presented by Gatorade.
Reading Goals: Children who've completed the required three hours of reading as part of the "Griff's Reading Goals" program can redeem their voucher at The Zone or at the Van Andel Arena box office for two free tickets to this game.
Post-Game Autographs: Evan McGrath, Tom Galvin and Jakub Kindl will sign autographs after the game from the Griffins bench (players subject to change).
