Rochester (20-31-0-4, 44 points) enters the week after posting a 3-2-0-0 record last week in its western road trip which saw the Amerks play five games in a six-night stretch. The Amerks started the week off on the right foot clinching a 4-1 win over the Iowa Chops Tuesday night and followed that up with 4-3 victory over the defending Calder Cup champion Chicago Wolves Wednesday evening. The Amerks would drop back-to-back losses to the Quad City Flames and Rockford IceHogs before closing out their trek with a 4-2 washout over the Peoria Rivermen yesterday afternoon. First-year forward Michal Repik collected at least one point in four out of the five games to go along with a +5 rating and 10 shots to finish the week with eight points (2+6).

Repik, who shows 14 points (6+8) in his last 10 games, currently paces Rochester's offense with a team-high 33 points (13+20) through 50 games. His 33 points ranks him 13th among AHL rookies in scoring. Veteran forward Janis Sprukts, who skated in his 100th game in an Amerk uniform last night at Peoria, remains the Amerks' top goal scorer with a team best 15 goals. Rookie defenseman Jason Garrison has a team best 21 assists and remains Rochester's top scoring defenseman with 25 points overall, good enough for third on the team.

Michael Duco is first on the team with 114 penalty minutes (PIM), with Tanner Glass a close second at 100 PIM. Goaltender Mike Brodeur boasts a 14-6-2 record in 24 games for the Amerks. His 2.27 goals-against average and .928 save percentage currently rank him third among AHL netminders in both goaltending categories, respectively. Further, his two shutouts tie him for fifth in the league. Tyler Plante is 3-3-0 since his return to the Amerks and his 3-8-0 on the season with 3.24 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage.
