Head-To-Head - Despite last night's 7-3 loss to Utah, the Americans still lead the season series 2-1. This is the final regular season game between the two clubs at the Maverik Center.
Back to Back - The Americans have not won back to back games since November 13th. Looking at things from the positive side however, the Americans have not lost back to back games all season.
Double Play - Allen Americans forward JP Lafontaine scored his first two professional goals last night, both coming on the power play, in the Americans loss in Utah .
Six and Counting - The Allen Americans scored two more power play goals last night and now have scored multiple power play goals in consecutive games. The Americans have scored at least one power play goal in six straight games.
500 Club - Chad Costello is still one point away from 500 points for his career. Costello was held without a point in last night's loss in Utah
Utah Grizzlies Notes - Bryan Moore scored two shorthanded goals last night against the Americans in a five point night for Utah. Charles Sarault had three helpers, while Connor Hardowa finished the game a plus 4.
Back in Allen - Americans forward Chris Crane made his return to the lineup last night after being reassigned to Allen by the San Jose Barracuda. Crane scored his first goal of the season late in the third period last night.
Around The ECHL - The Missouri Mavericks won their tenth game in a row last night, to build a seven point lead on the second place Americans. Missouri has a game in hand on Allen. The Mavericks last loss came at the hands of the Allen Americans back on October 31st.
