
Flames continue road trip this weekend

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames continue their first road trip this weekend with games in Peoria and Grand Rapids. The Friday night match-up with the Rivermen marks the second game in the I-74 Rivalry. The Flames will be looking to avenge a 4-2 defeat to Peoria in the teams' only previous meeting. On Sunday, the Flames visit Grand Rapids for the first interdivision match-up in franchise history.
Last week, the Flames lost a 4-2 decision to Milwaukee. Tim Hambly recorded the first multiple goal game in Flames history with a pair of markers in the loss. Milwaukee got a two-goal contribution from defenseman Janne Niskala and solo markers from John Vigilante and Matt Ellison.
