BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League announced today that they have released goaltender Joel Martin from his professional tryout agreement.

Martin, a native of Fort Worth, Texas, served as the back-up to Jeff Glass in the season opener against Albany.

Binghamton travels to Norfolk for a two-game set against the Admirals this weekend before returning to the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on Friday, Oct. 26 to host Hershey.
