All fans will receive a registration form as they enter the gates. A table will be set up on the back concourse for fans to enter. Fans can only fill out the form they received when they entered the game.
(PA ANNOUNCEMENT, Pregame and early in game:) Welcome to special night, five million fans. Make sure you register for the Five Million Fans contest. Table is set up on the back concourse. Entries will be received until the 6th inning.
We will select a finalist at the end of the 6th, 7th and 8th innings. They will be asked to report to the 1st base light pole at the end of the 8th inning. The three finalists will take the field at the end of the game. A simple drawing will take place on the field following the game.
