March 27, 2009 - The Springfield Falcons lost to Worcester Sharks 3-2 on Friday night at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. The Sharks opened the scoring at 11:29 of the first period when Dan DaSilva scored his second goal of the year.

It didn't take Springfield's Jordan Eberle long into his pro career to get on the score sheet as the rookie setup Ryan Potulny for his 31st goal of the season evening the score at 1-1 at 12:31 of the opening session.

In the second period, the Falcons took their first lead of the night when Shane Willis scored on the power play at 1:57, but the Sharks would tie the score with a power play goal of their own when Lukas Kaspar one-timed a shot past Devan Dubnyk late in the middle frame.

Less than a minute into the third period, DaSilva added his second goal of the game, the game-winning marker.
