Worcester Sharks host "Be a Leader" Night on Saturday

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Worcester Sharks will host "Be a Leader" night presented by the Law Firm of Abigail Williams & Associates when the Sharks host the Lowell Devils on Saturday, March 28 at 7:05p.m.
The Sharks will wear special "Be a Leader" jerseys which will be auctioned off after the game with proceeds to Sharks Charities.
Fans are encouraged to bring a new teddy bear to throw on the ice after the Sharks score their first goal to benefit Project Smile.
Members of the Worcester Tornadoes and the Boston Breakers will be on hand to sign autographs during the first intermission and four lucky fans will have the opportunity to win $38,000 compliments of Piccadilly Pub restaurants.

About the "Be a Leader" program
Created at the start of the 2007-08 season by the Worcester Sharks and the Law Firm of Abigail Williams and Associates, the "Be a Leader" program is designed to provide students in grades 4-6 with leadership tips to enrich their lives as well as others around them. Sharks players, in addition to Finz, the Sharks' mascot, will be present at the school assemblies along with the principle of the Law Firm of Abigail Williams and Associates, Abby Williams.
This exceptional "Be a Leader" program gathers students in a large assembly format where Sharks players, Sharks staff, and community leaders speak to students about leadership qualities and ways to better one's life.
Each participant in the program receives one ticket to an upcoming 2008-09 regular season Sharks home game and a "Be a Leader" booklet compliments of the Law Firm of Abigail Williams and Associates.
