(Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today that Saturday's scheduled preseason contest against Dayton would take place in the Toledo Sports Arena. A malfunction with one of the ice plants that create ice had forced the cancellation of Wednesday's Red and White game. Sports Arena officials corrected the problem yesterday afternoon, which has allowed enough time for the Arena to be ready for Saturday's game vs. the Dayton Bombers. Face off at 7:30pm Saturday for the only home preseason game for Toledo. The Storm are in Peoria tonight and play a game Sunday afternoon against Dayton.
Opening Night 2004 is October 22nd as Toledo takes on Wheeling, with a post-game concert featuring Firehouse. Tickets for that contest and for all 36 games are now on sale. Toledo Hockey...A History Of Champions!
