Titans Send Crane to Rivermen

TRENTON, NJ (October 15, 2004) - The Trenton Titans announced today that they have traded defenseman Ryan Crane to the Peoria Rivermen in exchange for financial considerations.

The Titans acquired Crane from the Florence Pride last December also in exchange for financial considerations. The third-year pro became a solid contributor for the Titans tallying 4 goals, 21 assists and 55 penalty minutes in 43 games.

Crane spent his rookie season in 2002-03 with the August Lynx of the ECHL. The 24-year old amassed 24 points (8g, 16a) and 82 PIM in 68 games. Crane, a native of Mississauga, Ontario, was also a four-year letterman at Western Michigan University.
