Condors to attend inaugural Bakersfield Blades and CASA Christmas Extravaganza

Thursday, Dec. 11: The Condors will hold a Media Roundtable at Tailgaters Sports Grill from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Condors speakers will include Head Coach Marty Raymond, F Chad Painchaud and President Matthew Riley. Tailgaters is located at 900 Truxtun Ave #110. The roundtable is exclusive to members of the media who should RSVP to 324-PUCK (7825).
Thursday, Dec. 11: A Condors player (TBD) will join Corey Costelloe on "Home Turf" on ESPN Radio 1230 at 4:15 p.m. to discuss the first four games of the Condors five-game road trip and the team's preparations for their game in Fresno on Friday. "Home Turf" airs Monday - Friday from 3 to 5 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 11: The Condors Coach's Show will air on ESPN Radio 1230 from 5 to 6 p.m. live from the Hungry Hunter at 3580 Rosedale Hwy. The Coach's Show will feature Condors F Dale Reinhardt and Head Coach Marty Raymond, and is hosted by the "Voice of the Condors," Kevin Bartl.
Friday, Dec. 12: Tune in to "There It Is! The Jake Stevens Show" on ESPN Radio 1230 at 7:45 a.m. to catch a Condors player (TBD) chat about Saturday's home game, when the Condors take on the Las Vegas Wranglers. "There It Is!" airs Monday - Friday from 7 to 9 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 13: The Condors return to The Nest for a noon game against the Las Vegas Wranglers. Scooby-Doo will be at the game to pose for pictures with fans and ole Saint Nick will be on hand as well. Local school choirs will sing Christmas carols as part of the Condors Sing for Santa fundraising event. For more information on how to get involved with Sing for Santa, contact the Front Office at 324-PUCK (7825). Doors open at 11 a.m., puck drops at noon.
Sunday, Dec. 14: Condors mascot Baby Cal will join in on the fun at the inaugural Bakersfield Blades and CASA Christmas Extravaganza at the Ice Sports Center for an afternoon of skating, fun and food from noon until 1 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 15: The "Voice of the Condors," Kevin Bartl, will appear on "There It Is! The Jake Stevens Show" at 7:45 a.m. on ESPN Radio 1230. Bartl joins the show live every Monday to discuss everything Condors hockey.

Ronald McDonald House Check Presentation:
On Thursday, Dec. 4, Colonel Claw'd presented a check for $23,325 - the amount raised at the Condors Jersey Off Our Back Auction on Nov. 8 - to the Ronald McDonald House at Memorial Hospital. Click here for a tour of the Ronald McDonald House and to see the check presentation.
The Colonel Rides Again!:
On Thursday evening, the Colonel joined the annual Downtown Christmas Parade, riding atop the Tuff Shed float, waving to the thousands of boys and girls who braved the cold weather to watch the parade.
Check Mate:
On Saturday, Colonel Claw'd attended the Bakersfield Chess Club Tournament, bringing his own form of chaotic entertainment to the tournament's participants.
