Wheeling Nailers News Release
Wheeling WV â The first place Nailers are continuing their success on the ice, but they are also making time for the people that support them the most, the fans and the surrounding communities.
Here's a look at where your Nailers will be appearing in the next month:
March 3: At 2:00 Ben Blais and Kamil Kuriplach will appear at the Goodwill in Wheeling (2200 Main Street) to sign autographs.
March 4: The Nailers will be working with the Booze and Cruise You'll Lose Program at Barnesville High School. This is with Gold, Khourey, & Turak Law Firm, West Virginia State Police, and WTOV â TV 9 educating the students on the personal, criminal, legal, and financial consequences of drinking and driving.
Mar 15: The Nailers will send a couple of players to read stories to students at Central McMechen Elementary.
Mar 16: Players will be with two schools this day, first is Avella Elementary discussing sports to the students. They will also appear at the Par View after school program to read to children.
Mar 17: There will also be two appearances on this day one at Central McMechen to read to their after school program. The second appearance will be at the Community Mental Health Center visiting with the residents.
Mar 18: A Booze and Cruise You'll Lose Program will be held at the Bellaire St.Johns; another after school reading will be held at Sandford Elementary this day.
Mar 24: There will be another Booze and Cruise You'll Lose Program held at the Buckeye Trail High School.
Mar. 25: At the Bridgeport High School there will be a Booze and Cruise You'll Lose Program
Mar. 30: Players will be appearing at the Light the Night Walk for Leukemia, which is being held by the Wheeling Hospital.
