
Cloutier Named Reebok ECHL Saver Of The Week

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots are proud to announce that goaltender Fredric Cloutier has been named the Reebok ECHL Saver of the Week for the week of December 20th through 26th.
Cloutier posted a record of 1-0-1 this past week stopping 39 out of 42 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss vs. Florida at home on Tuesday night and stopped 22 out of 23 shots in a 3-1 win at Louisiana on Sunday. He stopped 61 out of 65 shots and ended up with a 1.99 goals against average and a .938 save percentage.
Cloutier has an overall record of 9-5-3 this season with a 2.44 goals against average and .926 save percentage and has recorded two shutouts. He is 23 years old from St. Honore DeBeauce, Quebec. This is the second time that Cloutier has won the award in his career as he was named ECHL Goalie! of the Week for the Week of November 26, 2001 through December 2, 2001 during his rookie season with Louisiana.
The Ice Pilots play home tonight vs. Florida and also play home this Thursday, December 30 vs. Charlotte at 7:05 p.m. Fans can purchase one $15 or $13 ticket to tonights game and Thursdays game and get another $15 or $13 ticket for free at the Civic Center box office.
The Ice Pilots will play at Louisiana on Friday at 7:05 p.m. and will return home Saturday, New Years Night vs. Mississippi at 7:05 p.m. The first 100 fans who bring $5 worth of non winning Florida Lottery tickets to the Civic Center box office will receive a ticket to the game. Also Black Tie Bridal will have a contest to win two tickets for the Ice Pilots home game vs. Louisiana on January 8th and a chance to win a formal gown and tuxedo rental for Mardi Gras or Prom.
