NASHVILLE, Tennessee - For the first time in 67 days, CF Montréal suffered a regular season loss, falling 2-1 to Nashville SC on Wednesday night at GEODIS Park.
Alex Muyl put the hosts ahead (28'), then Hany Mukhtar doubled Nashville's lead after halftime (51'). Kei Kamara was the sole scorer for Montreal with his third goal of the season. It was his 133rd career goal, making him now tied for fourth all-time in MLS scoring.
CF Montréal will be back at Stade Saputo this Sunday at 4pm (TVA Sports, 91.9 Sports, TSN 690) against Real Salt Lake.
