Canucks Re-Assign Ouellet to Moose

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have re-assigned goalie Maxime Ouellet to the Moose.

Ouellet, 24, has played in two games with the Canucks this season, losing a 6-5 shootout decision to the Edmonton Oilers on Dec. 17/05 and dropping a 4-3 decision to the Minnesota Wild on Dec. 31/05. In four games with the Moose this year, Ouellet is 3-1-0 with a goals against average of 2.74 and a save percentage of .909. In his career, the former AHL All-Star back in 2003 has played in 154 AHL games, with a record of 60-62-3 and a goals against average of 2.40 and a save percentage of .923 with Portland, Philadelphia, Hershey, and Manitoba.
