Brown, O'Sullivan Assigned by Anaheim

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks were assigned left wing Mike Brown and defenseman Chris O'Sullivan by the NHL Mighty Ducks of Anaheim on Friday.

Brown, a first-round pick by Florida in 1997, has not played this season since being claimed off waivers by Anaheim October 11 from Vancouver. The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder appeared in 15 games with Vancouver last season, going scoreless with 72 penalty minutes. He also played with Manitoba of the AHL last season, recording seven goals and nine assists with 155 penalty minutes in 31 games.

O'Sullivan, a second-round pick by Calgary in 1992, had one assist in two games with Anaheim after being recalled October 28 from Cincinnati. In six games this season for Cincinnati, the 6-foot-2, 205-pounder has three assists with two penalty minutes.
