Become a Thunder Ambassador

Adirondack Thunder News Release
Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have announced the "Thunder Ambassadors" program, effective today, as part of the Thunder's roll out of its 2016-17 season ticket campaign.
The Thunder Ambassadors program provides an opportunity to our most loyal fans to become an extension of the Adirondack Thunder team, staff and brand. Thunder Ambassadors will help the franchise grow the Thunder brand throughout the Adirondack region in an effort to maximize the team's awareness, improve its deliverables in the community and at home games and provide sales assistance and referrals as the franchise rebuilds its season tickets and customer base.
Thunder Ambassadors will promote Thunder hockey and ticket packages to family, friends, co-workers and colleagues and will assist the Thunder with staffing of select giveaway nights, promotions and exclusive events on an as needed basis. As a reward for devoting their time and efforts to the Thunder, all Thunder Ambassadors will receive a limited edition, one-of-a-kind Thunder Ambassadors scarf from the Adirondack Thunder.
"It became apparent to us during our fan forums that we had a group of loyal supporters willing and eager to help in a variety of ways," Adirondack Thunder President Brian Petrovek said. "The Thunder Ambassadors program is designed to make use of that expressed passion and talent, making our fans an extension of our brand, helping to improve the way we operate as a business and help us identify new customers. We're excited about this initiative and look forward to expanding our reach through these new relationships."
Anyone interested in becoming a Thunder ambassador should contact Sean Driscoll, Director, Ticket Sales & Servicing by phone at 518-480-3355 x319 or by email at sdriscoll@echlthunder.com. Thunder Ambassadors will be listed on the team's web site as part of the Thunder front office staff roster.

The Thunder return home next Thursday, March 10, to take on Elmira, before they travel North to Lake Placid, NY to take on the Reading Royals on Sunday, March 13 at the historic Herb Brooks Arena, for the first professional hockey game in Lake Placid history.
