Bakersfield started strong against Las Vegas, outshooting the Wranglers 10-4 in the first period, but fell behind 1-0. Denis Ladouceur took the team lead in goals with his fourth of the year that tied the game at 1-1. But Vegas scored three straight, with a power play goal in the second period and two even strength goals in the third. Kevin Riehl notched is first goal of the season to close the gap, but Vegas took the 4-2 win.

Saturday, November 8th

The Condors returned home for a thrilling game against the Alaska Aces in front of the Garden crowd on Saturday. Over 100 minutes in penalties, several scraps and 10 combined goals gave the fans plenty to cheer about. After a 2-2 first period, Alaska took the lead on a shorthanded goal early in the second. Bakersfield came storming back though, putting up three straight tallies in the second frame for 5-3 lead. Alaska drew close with just under nine minutes to play, but Riehl's second goal in as many nights sealed the win. Jonas Lennartsson notched two goals, while five Condors recorded multi-point games. Peter Hirsch recorded his first win of the season between the pipes for Bakersfield.

Sunday, November 9th

One day after a season-high 10 combined goals, the Condors and Florida Everblades squared off in a defensive battle that saw just one tally. Andrew Ianiero scored at 2:15 of the first period and the Condors defense, including Hirsch in net, did the rest. The Everblades, whose roster included three of the leagues top four scorers, had few rebound chances on the Danish netminder, who turned aside all 26 shots that found the Bakersfield net and the Condors took the 1-0 victory. The Condors finish the week in fifth place in the Pacific Division with a 4-6-1 record.
