B-Sens Team With Magic 101.7 For The 2009 Teddy Bear Toss

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators, in conjunction with Magic 101.7 have announced that they will host the annual "Teddy Bear Toss" at the B-Sens game versus the Syracuse Crunch on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 7:05 p.m.
Fans are asked to bring new or gently used and clean teddy bears to the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena and toss them onto the ice immediately following the B-Sens' first goal scored in the game. The teddy bears collected benefit the Bears and Blankets program and will be distributed to disadvantaged children in the Binghamton community.
In the days leading up to the game, Magic 101.7 will be collecting teddy bears and blankets to benefit the Bears and Blankets program. Fans are encouraged to visit www.binghamtonsenators.com for a full list of where they are able to drop off items for donation.
In 2008, the B-Sens and Magic 101.7 were able to donate over 3,000 blankets and teddy bears to children in need in the Binghamton area.
