Coonradt Selected as NWL All-Star

June 29, 2026 - Waterloo, Iowa - The Northwoods League has announced the rosters for the 2026 Northwoods All-Star Game which will be played on Wednesday, July 8 in Dyersville, Iowa at the Field of Dreams Movie Site. Outfielder Colin Coonradt has been selected by the NWL to represent the Bucks as an All-Star. Coonradt, a sophomore from Johnson County CC and originally from Cedar Falls, Iowa, is hitting .319 with 19 RBI and five stolen bases. Jr. Wahawks Baseball Awarded Equipment Through Share the Glove Initiative

June 10, 2026 - Waterloo, Iowa - In conjunction with the Northwoods League Foundation, the Waterloo Bucks are proud to announce that Jr. Wahawks Baseball has been named the recipient of this year's Share the Glove Equipment Grant Program. The Foundation's grant, which is part of the "Share the Glove" initiative, is one of 26 grants awarded in each NWL community. Bucks to Hold Two Youth Baseball Camps Presented by Peoples Community Health Clinic

June 3, 2026 - Waterloo, Iowa - The Waterloo Bucks have teamed up with Peoples Community Health Clinic this summer to host two youth baseball camps: Saturday, June 13 and Saturday, August 1. Both camps will start at noon and are open to children ages 17 and under with the cost to attend being $25 per participant. Each camper will receive a reserved seat ticket to that evening's Bucks home game. Bucks players will run the camps. Mautz Makes MLB Debut with Cardinals

May 27, 2026 - Waterloo, IA - Former Waterloo Bucks left-handed pitcher Brycen Mautz was called up to the majors by the St. Louis Cardinals on May 24 and made his major league debut this past Monday against the Milwaukee Brewers. Mautz becomes the 25th former Buck to play Major League Baseball. Mautz played for the Bucks in 2021. A product of the University of San Diego, Mautz tallied a 2.08 ERA with 29 strikeouts and three saves in his season with Waterloo.
