Former Hawks Scorer Gets New Home

January 17, 2019 - Waterloo, Iowa - Justin Kloos was a substantial contributor during the highest-scoring season in Waterloo Black Hawks history; his quest for the first point of his NHL career has taken a turn toward the west coast. Hawks Take 20th Tuesday

January 15, 2019 - Jared Moe made 20 saves and the Waterloo Black Hawks scored two in the second period and two in the third for a 4-0 shutout of the Sioux City Musketeers at Young Arena Tuesday. The win was the Hawks' 20th of the year and ended a three-game slide. For Moe, it was the second time in as many home starts that he has blanked an opponent. The veteran goalie and the Hawks won by the same score on New Year's Eve versus the Madison Capitols. Moe's best sequence came in the closing seconds of the... Full Story

Waterloo capitalized on a three-on-one with Matej Blumel feeding Joe Cassetti across the slot for the tally. Tri-City tied it 21 second later. Michael Colella was... Full Story
