July 17, 2026 - KITCHENER, ONT. - The Kitchener Rangers announced today that Head Coach Jussi Ahokas will be leaving the organization to accept the Head Coach position with the Colorado Eagles, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.

"Roman is a big scoring forward that is extremely skilled and has a high-end shot," said General Manager, Mike McKenzie. "He is a threat anytime he has the puck. We look forward to seeing him in a Ranger uniform."

July 14, 2026 - TORONTO - The Ontario Hockey League (OHL) will send 31 prospects to Canada's National Under-17 Development Camp, more than any other Canadian Hockey League (CHL) circuit, Hockey Canada announced Tuesday.
The OHL group headlines an 80-player field that also includes 29 players from the Western Hockey League (WHL) and 20 from the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).
