October 11, 2015 - HIDALGO, Texas, October 11, 2015 - The NBA Development League Rio Grande Valley Vipers today announced that the team will retire former Vipers guard CJ Watson's #32 jersey. The ceremony will take place prior to the start of the Houston Rockets versus Orlando Magic preseason contest tonight at State Farm Arena. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. (CST).
