February 7, 2026 - EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (12-6), the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, extended its win streak at home after defeating the Austin Spurs (10-7) on Saturday night at Bert Ogden Arena. A strong first-quarter performance by Austin's Donovan Williams lifted the Spurs to the top. At 4:29 the score was 17-15 in favor of the Spurs. Daishen Nix Catapults Vipers to Victory with Triple-Double

February 4, 2026 - EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (11-6), the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, secured a 130-116 victory over the Valley Suns (5-13) on Wednesday morning at Bert Ogden Arena. The Suns started the game by hitting a 12-3 run and maintained control of the quarter until 4:14 when the Vipers tied the competition at 19-19. Daishen Nix Selected to 2026 NBA G League Next Up Game

February 3, 2026 - EDINBURG, Texas - The NBA G League announced today that Rio Grande Valley Vipers guard Daishen Nix has been selected to the 2026 NBA G League Next Up Game presented by AT&T during the 2026 NBA All-Star weekend. Nix becomes the second player in Vipers history to be selected to the Next Up Game presented by AT&T. During the 2025-26 season he has appeared in 15 regular season games for the Vipers and is averaging 19.5 points, 7.4 rebounds, 7.3 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.1 blocks. February 1, 2026 - OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (10-6), the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, earned a 109-94 win over the Oklahoma City Blue (4-14) on Sunday afternoon at Paycom Center.
