Vipers Fall to Oklahoma City Blue in Season Opener

November 7, 2025 - EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (0-1), the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, fell 114-116 to the Oklahoma City Blue (1-0) in the season opener despite a 45-point career-high from Daishen Nix. Nix got the Vipers off to a hot start as he scored eight points to give the team an 8-5 lead over the Blue. Vipers Finalize 2025-26 Roster

November 7, 2025 - EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the NBA G League Affiliate of the Houston Rockets, announced today the 2025-26 season roster. Vipers Acquire Returning Player Rights to Garrett Denbow

October 24, 2025 - EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights to Garrett Denbow from the Texas Legends. In exchange, RGV has agreed to trade the returning player rights to Joel Mantynen. This trade is not subject to a physical.
