July 18, 2024 - PHOENIX - The Phoenix Mercury has officially opened the doors to their new state-of-the-art practice facility located in downtown Phoenix. The 58,000-square-foot, $100 million facility features world-class, player-first amenities and marks another milestone investment from team owner Mat Ishbia. The facility includes two full-sized basketball courts named after Diana Taurasi, adorned with a one-of-a-kind Taurasi-inspired logo.

July 16, 2024 - PHOENIX - The Phoenix Mercury today announced that GRAMMY® Award-winning global superstar Pitbull will perform at halftime during the 2024 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game, marking another investment from Phoenix Mercury and Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia to elevate AT&T WNBA All-Star 2024 in Phoenix. The sold-out AT&T WNBA All-Star Game will be played on Saturday, July 20 (5:30 p.m. PT/8:30 p.m. ET) at Footprint Center, home of the Phoenix Mercury, and air on ABC.

July 12, 2024 - The Phoenix Mercury have signed rookie guard Celeste Taylor to a seven-day contract. Taylor was selected with the 15th overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, appearing in five games with them this season.
Taylor, 5-11, averaged 10.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists last season (2023-24) at Ohio State, where she was named a Naismith Defensive Player of the Year finalist and Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. July 6, 2024 - Mercury forward Rebecca Allen was named to the Australian Opals ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
The Melbourne, Australia native will compete in her second Olympics, after representing the Opals at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo (played in 2021 due to the pandemic). Allen has been a member of the Australian National Team since 2014 and is a three-time FIBA World Cup medalist (silver in 2019, bronze in 2014 and 2022) and one-time FIBA Asia Cup bronze medalist (2019)....
