July 17, 2018 - PHOENIX - The three-time WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury will be well represented in this year's Verizon WNBA All-Star 2018 Game, as Diana Taurasi, Brittney Griner and DeWanna Bonner each have been named WNBA All-Stars, as unveiled on SportsCenter and announced by the league today. July 3, 2018 - PHOENIX - Three-time WNBA Champion and WNBA all-time leading scorer Diana Taurasi was named the Western Conference Player of the Month for June, as announced by the league office today. This marks the third time in her career Taurasi has been named WNBA Player of the Month (June 2013, June 2014), accounting for all three times a Mercury player has won the award since it was established in 2010. Mercury Forward Sancho Lyttle out for Season with Torn ACL

July 2, 2018 - PHOENIX - Phoenix Mercury forward Sancho Lyttle will miss the remainder of the 2018 WNBA season after sustaining a torn ACL during the Mercury's last game on Saturday, June 30, at Washington, the team has announced. Lyttle, who signed with Phoenix on February 1 as a free agent this past offseason, had started all 18 games for the Mercury this season.
