September 15, 2025 - ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, announced today the signing of rookie forward Andrew Bruder to a contract for the 2025-26 season. Bruder, 25, appeared in eight games last season for the Cincinnati Cyclones, scoring one goal and recording six penalty minutes. Solar Bears Add Toughness with Signing of Forward Tyler Drevitch

September 12, 2025 - ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, announced today the signing of forward Tyler Drevitch to a contract for the 2025-26 season. Drevitch, 29, has appeared in 250 ECHL games over five seasons with Atlanta, Wheeling, Maine and Wichita. The Middleborough, Mass. native spent the 2024-25 season with the Atlanta Gladiators, scoring five points (3g-2a) in and 35 penalty minutes in 25 games. Solar Bears Agree to Terms with Rookie Netminder Ethan Langenegger

September 10, 2025 - ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, announced today the signing of rookie goaltender Ethan Langenegger (LAANG-en-EGG-er) to a contract for the 2025-26 season. Langenegger, 24, joins the Solar Bears for his first full professional season. Solar Bears Announce Updates to 2025-26 Schedule

September 9, 2025 - ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears have announced multiple updates to the team's regular season schedule for the 2025-26 season, presented by Renewal By Andersen. The Orlando Solar Bears schedule features 22 weekend home dates, and eight Saturday night home dates this season. Single-game tickets for all 36 Solar Bears home games are on sale now to the general public via Ticketmaster and the Kia Center box office.
