July 24, 2025 - BOSTON, MA - The Boston Fleet announced today that the team has re-signed forward Loren Gabel to a one-year Standard Player Agreement through the 2025-26 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. Today's news coincides with Gabel's 28th birthday. A native of Kitchener, Ontario, Gabel played in 20 games for the Fleet throughout the 2024-25 season, recording two goals and one assist for three points. Boston Fleet Name Kris Sparre as Head Coach

July 23, 2025 - BOSTON, MA - The Boston Fleet have named Kris Sparre as the second head coach in team history ahead of the 2025-26 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. Sparre brings more than nine years of coaching experience to the Fleet with a proven track record of player development and team success. He most recently served three seasons as an assistant coach with the San Diego Gulls in the American Hockey League (AHL), the top affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks. Fleet Re-Sign Forward Shay Maloney

July 14, 2025 - BOSTON, MA - The Boston Fleet announced today that the team has re-signed forward Shay Maloney to a two-year Standard Player Agreement through the 2026-27 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. A native of McHenry, Illinois, Maloney was selected by Boston in the sixth round, 34th overall, in the 2024 PWHL Draft. The 25-year-old appeared in all 30 games for the Fleet during the 2024-25 season, recording three goals and six assists for nine points which tied for ninth among all rookies. June 27, 2025 - BOSTON, MA - The Boston Fleet announced today that the team has re-signed defender Hadley Hartmetz to a one-year Standard Player Agreement through the 2025-26 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. A native of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Hartmetz was selected by Boston in the seventh round, 40th overall, in the 2024 PWHL Draft.
