Tuesday's 16 inning game matched the fourth longest in franchise history (innings-wise) and was the 11th longest (time) since 2005. It was the second 16 inning game for the Power this season (April 18 vs. Kannapolis).

The 2016 South Atlantic League All-Star Game will be played in Lexington on June 21.

Tallion, the second overall pick in 2010, went 2-3 for West Virginia in 2011 over 23 games, all starts, striking out 97 batters over 92 and two-thirds innings pitched. The right-hander will be the 51st former Power player to reach the Majors and second this season (Alen Hanson on May 16).

Only Lexington has faced divisional opponents less than the Power (19 total games within the Southern Division)
