Wranglers Reveal Indoor Winter Classic 2 Jersey
December 30, 2013 - ECHL (ECHL)
Las Vegas Wranglers News Release
Las Vegas - The Las Vegas Wranglers will open 2014 with the team's first specialty jersey of the season, donning a new look for the Indoor Winter Classic 2 on Jan. 1 at 2:05 p.m.
The jersey prominently features an alternate Wranglers crest, and the color gradient shifts from a primary red to a deep plum hue. On the chest is an embroidered Indoor Winter Classic 2 patch and the shoulders are adorned with Wranglers "W" logos. Bold red and white stripes along the sleeves and bottom of the jersey polish off the design. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off at the game, and one fan will win Wranglers (LW) Adam Huxley's jersey off of his back during an intermission.
Along with the jerseys, Wednesday's game will feature chances of indoor snow showers and a mild breeze. Fans are welcome to wear beanies, scarves, and winter coats as the arena's bay doors will be open throughout the contest.
The Wranglers held the inaugural Indoor Winter Classic last season during the NHL lockout, and beat the Ontario Reign 3-2 to keep the trophy in Las Vegas. The Bakersfield Condors will play for it this year.
Group tickets for the Wranglers' 11th season are on sale now! With five different event options for groups of 10 or more, a Wranglers game is the perfect way to celebrate with friends, host a unique corporate outing, or fundraise for your organization.
