Worcester Sharks Host 3rd Annual "Pucks and Paws" Game on Sunday

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today that the Worcester Sharks will host the 3rd annual "Pucks and Paws" Game on Sunday, April 6 at 3pm at the DCU Center in Worcester when the Sharks host the Manchester Monarchs.
Dog tickets are just $10, with $5 going directly to the Buddy Dog Humane Society. The first 30 dogs can participate in a pooch parade on the ice during intermission; you can enter your furry friend into the "Cutest Dog Contest", and enjoy the hockey game with your pooch! Also, fans can take photos of their dogs at the game and tweet with the hash tag #PucksAndPaws to win prizes!
In addition, there will be a special appearance by the Looney Toons characters from Six Flags New England from 2:30pm-4:30pm.
Several local businesses and organizations that cater towards dogs will be on hand giving out information and special offers including; Champion Kennels, Country Dog, and the Buddy Dog Humane Society.
All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash. For more information and to purchase tickets please click HERE.
Doors will open at 2pm and anyone with a dog must enter through the Door 13. One dog per person.
