Chicago Wolves News Release

Chicago Wolves forward CODY BEACH and San Antonio Rampage defenseman Shane O'Brien were suspended for two games apiece on Friday for their actions during the Wolves' 6-2 victory Tuesday night at San Antonio.

BEACH received this supplementary discipline as the result of an interference incident while O'Brien was suspended for a charging incident.

BEACH will miss the Wolves' next two games -- the 11 a.m. School-Day home game on Wednesday against Adirondack as well as the 7 p.m. home game on Saturday, Dec. 20, against Iowa.

The Wolves stand second in the American Hockey League's Midwest Division and play six games at Allstate Arena over the next three weeks, which includes four games over the holidays.
