Hartford, February 20, 2004 - The Hartford Wolf Pack and Coach's Sports Bar and Grille are teaming up for a great cause. Monday night, the Pack players will suit up as waiters for the team's first "Tip a Player" night in support of Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford.

A few spots are still available for the dinners that seat at 5:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Dinner includes an appetizer, main course and a beverage served up by players from the Hartford Wolf Pack. Adult tickets are $25.00, while kids eat for $15.00. Children's meals are available. In addition, there will be a silent auction, raffles and contests. Players will compete to see who can raise the most tips.

This is the first time the Wolf Pack have hosted such a fundraiser in aid of the Gaylord Hospital, a 109-bed long-term acute care hospital specializing in the treatment and rehabilitation of medically complex patients. The event is put on by the Hartford Wolf Pack Community Foundation. All Coach's staff, including chefs, is volunteering their time for the cause.

The AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack hockey club is part of Madison Square Garden LP. Cablevision Systems Corporation owns a controlling interest in MSG LP, which also includes the New York Rangers (NHL), New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Liberty (WNBA), the MSG Network, Fox Sports Net and the Madison Square Garden arena complex.
