Stockton, Calif. "" The Stockton Thunder scored four goals in the first period and never looked back as they defeated the Bakersfield Condors 7-4 on Star Wars night Saturday at Stockton Arena. Tyler Maxwell scored two goals in the second period and added two assists for his first four-point game in a Thunder uniform. Goaltender Kent Simpson earned his first win with the Thunder in his first start in the black and yellow, saving 27 of the 31 shots he faced. The Thunder will take on the Condors Sunday evening in the third game of their four-game series.
