ECHL Announces Fine
November 23, 2014 - ECHL (ECHL) News Release
PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Sunday that Wheeling's Patrick McGrath has been fined an undisclosed amount as the result of his actions in ECHL Game #141, Wheeling at Elmira, on Nov. 22.
McGrath is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline for his actions at 19:23 of the third period.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
