Toledo Walleye News Release
- Waltze does it again! Friday night in Cincinnati Kris netted two goals in a game for the third time this season. Over his last eight games, Waltze has six goals and three assists.
- Cory Campbell made his debut in the Toledo net Wednesday against Reading making 35 saves.
- Chris Vail signed with Toledo from Wayne State on Friday prior to the Storm's 5-3 win in Cincinnati. Chris appeared in all three games over the weekend collecting an assist in each game.
- On the strength of Friday's 5-3 win, Toledo finished the year 4-0-1 at Cincinnati.
- On Saturday night in Dayton, Toledo allowed a season high 61 shots on goal to the Dayton Bombers. Over the course of the last four games, Toledo has given 194 shots on goal. The Storm had 122 sots over the same period.
- The Storm has a record of 20-7-5 when scoring 3 or more goals in a game this season. Toledo has a record of 21-12-5 when allowing 3 goals or less.
- As a result of Sunday's 4-5 shootout loss to Cincinnati, Toledo has collected points in the last six Sunday contests (2-0-4). Prior to this streak Toledo was 0-8-1 on Sunday.
- Toledo has 34 power play goals in 292 attempts (11.6%). Toledo is ranked 30th in the ECHL on the power play. The Storm has a record of 13-7-5 when scoring a power play goal.
- Toledo's penalty kill unit is ranked 20th in the ECHL, killing off 246 of 301 chances against (81.7%).
- Toledo is 11-18-5 at home this season and 12-15-5 on the road.
STORM WATCH
- This Friday and Saturday night will mark the final two home games of the year for the Toledo Storm. It also marks the first time this season that Toledo will see the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies. The Bullies are third in the Northern Division with a record of 41-17-6.
- Sunday it's off to Peoria for the twelfth and final meeting of the year. Toledo is 2-8-1 against Peoria this year, and has not defeated the Rivermen since November 29th.
- The Toledo Storm coaches show is this Tuesday night at 8pm in the Downtown Frickers.

Peter returned from a back injury and demonstrated some of his best hockey
collecting three goals for the week.

Cory Campbell (1-1-1, 3.34 gaa, 0.928 save%)
Cory made his Storm debut Wednesday, and appeared in all four Storm contests
this week. Campbell made 167 saves over the week.
