Game One: Wednesday, April 2 Pee Dee 3 â @ South Carolina 0
Ron Vogel made 25 saves in the shut out for the Pride as Kyle Kidney scored the game winner in the first minute of the game.
Game Two: Friday, April 4 South Carolina 7 - @ Pee Dee 1
Dave Seitz had a goal and two assists including the game winner. The Stingrays scored four power play goals. Kirk Daubenspeck had 27 saves.
Game Three: Saturday, April 5 Pee Dee 4 -@ South Carolina 3
Stingrays led the game 2-0 after one period, Joel Irving had a goal and an assist. Peter Fregoe had a goal and two assists, Kyle Kidney scored his second game winner of the series.

South Carolina has not won on home ice in the post season. The Rays had the best road record in the league during the regular season. The Stingrays have an all-time playoff record of 6-7 against the Pride. Brett Marietti is sixth on the all time playoff goals list at 30. Dave Seitz is seventh all-time in playoff goals with 29, assists with 42 and points with 71. The Stingrays have four power play goals in the series for a mark of 17.4%.
