Stingers Game Postponed

Willmar Stingers News Release
Rochester, Minn. - Tonight's Willmar Stingers game versus the Honkers in Rochester has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Mayo Field. Persistent rain throughout the evening left standing water throughout the infield and outfield grass.
Tonight's game will be played Wednesday, August 7th as a part of a double header. There will be two seven inning games against the Rochester Honkers. First pitch will be at 5:00pm. The regular scheduled game will follow immediately after the make-up game.
The Stingers will keep their original pitching rotation for the double header. Garret Rukes (Alabama), who was supposed to make the start in tonight's game, and Masen Palimer (Missouri Baptist) will be the starters for Wednesday's games.
