WEEK 9 RECAP
The Sound Tigers suffered a 4-0, shutout loss to the Binghamton Senators, but rebounded with a 4-3, shootout victory against the Lowell Devils Saturday night at home.
SOUND TIGERS 4, DEVILS 3 (SO)
For the second straight home game, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers used Jeremy Colliton's shootout goal to earn the extra point, winning tonight's game 4-3 over the Lowell Devils. Jeff Tambellini also had a goal in the shootout to go along with his two points during regulation.
SENATORS 4, SOUND TIGERS 0
The Bridgeport Sound Tigers were defeated by the Binghamton Senators 4-0 tonight, behind Jeff Glass' 30 save effort, earning his second shutout of the season. Senators' forward Alexander Nikulin scored a goal and three assists to carry the offensive workload for Binghamton in their second victory in as many games this season over the Sound Tigers.
