EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips welcome their largest crowd to date in the 2022-23 season, as 6,947 fans attended Pink the Rink Night at Angel of the Winds Arena Saturday night. Unfortunately, it was the Seattle Thunderbirds spoiling the party, taking down the Tips by an 11-3 final.

Lucas Ciona led the way for the Thunderbirds, netting three goals with three assists. Kyle Crnkovic potted two goals including a shorthanded tally with an assist added for a three-point night. Nine total Thunderbirds recorded multi-point outings.

Ryan Hofer, Austin Roest and Ben Hemmerling found the back of the net for the Tips. With a goal and an assist, Roest extended his point streak to eight games.

The Everett Silvertips would like to thank the Safeway Foundation and Providence General Foundation for their support of Pink the Rink.

Everett now turns their attention to the Spokane Chiefs, who pay a visit to AOTW Arena at 4:05 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Tickets are available.
