Spokane, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs look to carry their momentum into Saturday night as they host the rival Tri-City Americans for the first time this season. Over the last five years, Spokane is 18-6-4-0 against the Americans, including 10-3-1-0 at home.
The Chiefs are coming off a thrilling 6-3 victory over the Medicine Hat Tigers that saw six different Chiefs put the puck in the net: Ty Cheveldayoff, Chase Bertholet, Saige Weinstein, Berkly Catton, Blake Swetlikoff and Kooper Gizowski. Cheveldayoff finished with a three-point night as he also notched assists on Catton and Swetlikoff's goals, earning himself second star honors (Catton - first star).
