
Sharks Team Up With The Worcester County Sheriff's Office For Third Annual Canned Food Drive

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr has announced that the Worcester Sharks have teamed up with the Worcester County Sheriff's Office for the 3rd Annual Canned Food Drive when the Worcester Sharks host the Springfield Falcons on Tuesday, November 11th at 1:05p.m. at the DCU Center.
All fans that donate canned food at the Worcester Sharks game on November 11th will receive a FREE pair of ticket vouchers to a future Sharks game compliments of Price Chopper. Collected food will go directly to the Friendly House of Worcester to distribute food to needy families throughout the Worcester area.
All fans are invited to bring the skates and skate with the Sharks and FINZ during a special post game skate compliments of Price Chopper!
"The Worcester Sharks are very proud to be associated with the Worcester County Sheriff's Office and the Friendly House," said Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr. "It is important for everyone to help those who are less fortunate, especially as we approach the holiday season."
The 3rd Annual Canned Food Drive kicks off with an event at the Price Chopper on 50 Cambridge Street in Worcester on Friday, November 7th. Join FINZ and members of the Worcester Sharks Office as WTAG and the Worcester County Sheriff's Office kick off the 3rd Annual Canned Food Drive.
