San Jose Sharks recall forward Jamie McGinn from Worcester

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled forward Jamie McGinn from the Worcester Sharks, the team's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.

McGinn is tied for the Worcester team lead in points (4-1=5) and is first on the team in goals through six games.

He was originally selected by San Jose in the second round (36th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.

The Sharks will travel to Hartford (Friday, Oct. 31st), and return home for two more games against Manchester (Saturday, Nov. 1st) and Portland (Wednesday, Nov. 5th) at the DCU Center.
