Amerks Players Out And About This Week

(Rochester, October 27)... The Rochester Americans announced today that they will make two appearances this week, beginning with the Wendy's Amerks' "Reading Power Play" on Tuesday, October 28th.

Amerks center Drew Larman will appear at the Henrietta Public Library at 7:00 p.m. At the event, he will read to kids, talk about the importance of reading, and give a hockey demonstration. The appearance also features a raffle of Amerks memorabilia and an autograph session by Larman and The Moose.

Also on Tuesday the 28th defenseman, Luke Beaverson will be joining a Rochester Youth Hockey team during their practice at 5:30 p.m. at the ESL Sports Centre on the campus of Monroe Community College.

This season the Rochester Americans are also partnering with ESL Sports Centre to bring Amerks players to your practice. Players are joining youth teams at practices to share their experiences and skills of being a professional hockey player.
