
Rockets release 2019-20 regular season schedule

Kelowna Rockets News Release
The Kelowna Rockets will begin their season against the Spokane Chiefs Friday, Sept. 21 at Prospera Place which will also be their Paint the Rink Pink Night.
The 2019-20 regular-season schedule, which was released Tuesday, is made up of 36 games against B.C. Division rivals, 20 games against the remaining western conference teams and 12 games against the eastern conference.

Rockets fans can currently purchase 2019-20 season tickets to secure the best seats. Season ticket holders enjoy a variety of great benefits, including playoff-ticket purchasing priority and exclusive access to 2020 Memorial Cup presented by Kia packages. You can become a season seat holder by contacting Gavin Hamilton at the Kelowna Rockets Office at 250-860-7825.
Single-game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
2019-20 Schedule Highlights
Home Opener/Paint the Rink Pink Night - The Rockets will host the Spokane Chiefs for their home opener and their 10th annual Paint the Rink Pink Nite. The team will don pink jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Fans are encouraged to wear pink and help the Rockets paint the rink pink!
22 Weekend Games - The Rockets will play at Prospera Place 22 times on Friday, Saturday or Sunday during the 2019-20 regular season, which includes 9 Friday contests, 11 Saturday games and one Sunday afternoon matchup against the Vancouver Giants.
Hat Trick Wednesday - The Rockets will play nine Wednesday night Hat Trick Wednesday games during the 2019-20 regular season. When you purchase a single game ticket from Select Your Tickets before 2:00 pm on game day with the Hat Trick Wednesday deal you'll receive a hot dog and a pop with your ticket for $19.99. Single-game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
London Drugs/Hershey Candy Scramble - Fans are invited to dress up in their favourite costume for the London Drugs/Hershey Candy Scramble on Saturday, Oct. 12 when the Rockets host the Kamloops Blazers. During one of the intermissions kids 12 and under will be invited to the ice to collect candy scattered.
Teddy Bear Toss - On Saturday, Dec. 30 the Kelowna Rockets will host their Teddy Bear Toss game against the Prince George Cougars. When the first Rockets player scores a goal fans will toss their bears onto the ice, the bears will then be donated to Kelowna General Hospital.
Family Day Game - The Rockets will host the Calgary Hitmen on Monday, Feb 17 for their Family Day Game. Puck drop is scheduled for 2:05 pm.
